💵 Salary (Autoclave / physically fit men):

199 CZK gross/hour

➡️ Wage increase after long-term employment up to 236 CZK/hour

🎯 Adaptation bonus for working without lateness or absences and meeting the norm:

• 21 shifts worked – 15,000 CZK

• 61 shifts – 2,500 CZK

• 81 shifts – 2,500 CZK

• 101 shifts – 5,000 CZK

• 121 shifts – 5,000 CZK

🍽 Hot meals every shift – only 25 CZK
